1. Who we are

On Sale Motors LLC ("On Sale Motors") is a Florida independent motor vehicle dealer licensed by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles under section 320.27, Florida Statutes (license VI/1122456/1), located at 4701 SW 45th St, Bldg 17, Bay 25, Davie, FL 33314. Every purchase made through this website, whether Buy Now, an accepted offer or a confirmed winning bid, is a purchase from On Sale Motors as the licensed dealer. On Sale Motors executes and documents each sale directly with the final buyer.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.

We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, fail to complete purchases, or misuse the site.

3. Timed sales and bidding

Every listing is a timed sale. Each bid is a binding offer to buy the vehicle at the amount bid, and it must beat the current bid by at least the minimum increment shown.

If you set a maximum auto-bid, we bid for you in minimum increments, only as much as needed, up to your maximum. If two maximums are equal, the one set first wins.

A bid placed in the last 2 minutes extends the sale by 2 minutes so every bidder has a fair chance.

Some vehicles have a reserve price, a confidential minimum that is not disclosed. The listing shows whether the reserve has been met. If it has not, On Sale Motors is not obligated to sell and may contact the highest bidder with a counter-offer.

When the sale ends, the highest bid is subject to confirmation by On Sale Motors. We will contact the highest bidder to confirm the sale and arrange payment.

4. Offers and Buy Now requests

Offers and Buy Now requests are requests to purchase and are not final until On Sale Motors confirms them. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until the sale is confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment is accepted only by wire transfer or cashier's check. No payment is taken on this website.

The vehicle and its title are released only after the full payment has cleared in our bank account.

Wire-fraud warning: always confirm wire instructions by phone at 786 653 0024 before sending money. We will never change our bank details by email. On Sale Motors is not responsible for funds sent to accounts that were not confirmed by phone with our team.

6. Taxes, title and fees

Prices, bids and Buy Now prices do not include sales tax, tag and title fees, or other fees required by law, which are added to the final purchase amount.

A dealer fee is added to every sale according to the final sale price. The fee is the same for retail and dealer buyers, and the fee that applies is shown next to the amount before you place a bid, make an offer or confirm Buy Now.

Sales tax is charged at the rate that applies to the buyer's state (where the vehicle will be registered), as required by Florida law. By bidding, making an offer or requesting Buy Now, you acknowledge that the final amount will include that tax.

If the buyer is a licensed motor vehicle dealer, On Sale Motors reassigns the title to that dealer. The buying dealer must provide a copy of its current dealer license and any resale documentation required before the sale is completed.

7. Vehicle condition

Unless otherwise stated in writing, vehicles are sold "as is", without warranty. We describe each vehicle in good faith, but descriptions, specifications and photos may contain errors, which we may correct at any time. We encourage you to inspect the vehicle, by appointment, before bidding.

8. Pickup and delivery

Once payment has cleared, you may pick up the vehicle at our location by appointment. Delivery may be arranged at the buyer's cost.

9. Failure to complete a purchase

If a confirmed buyer or winning bidder does not complete the purchase, On Sale Motors may cancel the sale, offer the vehicle to another buyer, and restrict the account from future bidding.

10. Communications and privacy

You agree that we may contact you by phone, email or text message about your bids, offers and purchases.

We use your information only to operate the site and complete your transactions. We do not sell your personal information.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version you accepted is recorded in your account, and the current version applies to new bids and offers. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
